Today let's sew together a Wedding Bouquet Quilt Block. This traditional block was originally made with just two colors - a dark and a light. But of course I had to change things up a bit so I used two colors and a light background. The Wedding Bouquet uses three basic building blocks in its construction so it goes together pretty easily. Flying Dutchman Quilt Block Free Tutorial

Today let's sew together a Flying Dutchman quilt block. The Flying Dutchman block is a variation of the Dutchman's Puzzle block. It is composed of four Flying Geese units, four Hourglass units, and four rectangles so not very difficult and it makes an interesting design. Let's get started!
